Lamb Meat Quota Act of 1984 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to impose a limit on the amount of lamb meat that may be entered into the United States during any calendar quarter or calendar year after 1984. Sets forth a formula for determining the amount of lamb meat that may be entered into the United States for such time periods. Requires the Secretary to certify such limits to the Secretary of the Treasury.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to issue regulations to ensure, to the extent practicable, that the country of origin of lamb meat subject to this Act is indicated to consumers who purchase such lamb meat at retail prices.
