A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to extend the protections of certain assault and homicide provisions to probation officers and members of the intelligence community.

Amends the Federal criminal code to include pretrial services or probation officers and members of the intelligence community within the provision for the protection of officers and employees of the United States from certain acts of assault and homicide.
