Child Molester Registration Act of 1984 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide that any person subject to special parole who fails to register as required by State law shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned for not more than two years.
Defines "special parole" as a condition of parole imposed by a State court upon a person convicted of an offense involving sexually motivated violence that such person register his presence with a local authority.
