A resolution requesting the President to provide to the House of Representatives certain information concerning Soviet Union compliance with various arms control agreements.

Requests the President to furnish to the House of Representatives, within 30 days after the adoption of this resolution, a report by the Arms Control and Disarmanent Agency entitled "A Quarter Century of Soviet Compliance Practices Under Arms Control Commitments: 1958-1983 (U)," November 1983. Permits the President when furnishing such report to delete or modify material which will compromise the national security of the United States.
