Amends the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS) to extend medical benefits to former military spouses who were married at least 20 years to a member with at least 20 years of service when a minimum of ten years of such marriage and service coincide.
Grants medical benefits to a former spouse who has a disease or disability attributable to the nature or location of a member's or former member's military service. Limits the health care available to such former spouses to that necessary for the treatment of such a disease or disability.
Entitles such former spouses to post exchange and commissary privileges as well.
Applies this Act to all eligible former spouses, regardless of date of divorce.
