Conveys all Federal right, title and interest to specified land to the Mitchell School District in Scotts Bluff, County, Nebraska. Conditions such conveyance upon the simultaneous transfer by such School District of a specific easement to the Pathfinder Irrigation District for the operation and maintenance of the North Platte Federal reclamation project.
Directs the School District to pay fair market value of the lands as of date of conveyance, including the administrative costs.
