Amends the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to require the Bank to establish a program to increase the Bank's role in financing agricultural exports from the United States. Directs the Bank to seek to achieve a specified level of participation in agricultural export financing.
Requires the Bank to consult with the Commodity Credit Corporation in order to: (1) identify the appropriate commodities for inclusion in the program; and (2) develop loans and other export financing in which the Bank can participate with the CCC.
Requires the Bank to make a specified amount available for the financing of agricultural exports.
Requires the Bank to include a full report on the program established under this Act in its annual report.
