Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a sum to be determined to a named individual in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States arising from legal services performed by such individual on behalf of Arctic Slope Eskimos and other Alaska Natives in connection with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
