Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to provide that individuals under 62 years of age who lost their railroad employment status involuntarily and without fault, and who did not thereafter decline employment offers in the same class or craft, will be deemed to have attained one additional year of age for each year of service rendered beyond 30 years if such deeming would result in a certain annuity computation. Applies such benefits to the spouses and divorced wives of such annuitants.
