Natural Gas Utilization Act of 1985 - Amends the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 to repeal prohibitions against the use of natural gas and petroleum as a primary energy source by new electric powerplants.
Amends the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 to repeal the passthrough of natural gas acquisition costs which are incurred by interstate pipelines (incremental pricing).
