Directs the Secretary of Agriculture and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to: (1) conduct a study of integrated pest management systems; (2) conduct a study of domestic cosmetic marketing standards for agricultural commodities; and (3) report to the President and to the Congress.
Authorizes FY 1986 appropriations for such studies.
