Trade and National Security Safeguard Act of 1985 - Amends the Trade Expansion Act of 1969 to require the President, within 120 days of receiving a report from the Secretary of Commerce containing findings and recommendations on the dangers that certain imports pose to the defense mobilization and national security of the United States, to decide whether to accept the Secretary's recommendations.
