Depository Institution Consumer Credit Card Cost Disclosure Act - Amends the Truth in Lending Act to require depository institutions which extend open end consumer credit plans (credit cards) to submit quarterly reports containing information on interest rates and other fees to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Directs the Board to compile and publish such information.
