Establishes the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, Arizona. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to develop, within two years, a comprehensive management plan for such area to protect the natural riparian, wildlife, cultural, and recreational resources.
Directs the Secretary to establish a San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area Advisory Committee.
Permits the Secretary to acquire land interests within the Area.
Requires the Secretary to report within five years to the House Interior and Insular Affairs Committee and the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee on the implementation of this Act. Authorizes appropriations.
