A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to provide price support for the 1985 and subsequent crops of sugar.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to set sugar price supports at not less than: (1) 13 cents per pound for 1985 (presently set at 18 cents per pound); (2) ten cents per pound for 1986; (3) nine cents per pound for 1987; and (4) eight cents per pound for 1988 and subsequent crop years.
