Chrysler Corporation Emergency Credit Assistance Act
A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to provide for a more complete exchange of information between the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare and the Immigration and Naturalization Service with respect to all aliens who are applicants for or recipients of SSI benefits, and to amend section 212 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the exclusion from the United States of aliens who are determined by the Attorney General to be likely to receive such benefits within six months of their entry.
Federal Buildings Solar Energy Systems Act of 1979
A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to permit an exemption of the first $5,000 of retirement income received by a taxpayer under a public retirement system or any other system if the taxpayer is at least 65 years of age.
