Gulf Fisheries Fairness Act

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide a specific limited exemption from the overtime pay requirements of such Act for work related to disaster or catastrophe claims adjustment after a major disaster.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny any deduction for compensatory payments made to any person or governmental entity on account of the April 20, 2010, explosion on and sinking of the mobile offshore drilling unit Deepwater Horizon.

To suspend temporarily the rate of duty on Hexane, 1,6-dichloro-.

To suspend temporarily the rate of duty on Butane, 1-chloro.
