Food Stamp Program Transfer Act of 1980
A bill to amend the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 to establish certain loan levels whenever the export sales of certain commodities are suspended, and for other purposes.
A bill to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to lease real property, including office space, storage space, and other building space, and for other purposes.
A bill to amend chapter 81 of title 28, United States Code, to provide review by the Supreme Court of the United States for decisions of the United States Court of Military Appeals.
An act to adjust target prices for the 1980 and 1981 crops of wheat and feed grains; to extend the disaster payment programs for the 1980 crops of wheat, feed grains, upland cotton, and rice; and to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to require that producers of wheat, feed grains, upland cotton, and rice not exceed the normal crop acreage for the 1980 and 1981 crops.
