A bill to repeal section 15 of the Urban Mass Transit Act of 1964, to remove certain limitations on the amount of grant assistance which may be available in any one State.

A bill to amend titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act to include qualified drugs requiring a physician's prescription or certification and approved by a Formulary Committee, among the items and services covered under the hospital insurance program.

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow a credit against the individual income tax for tuition paid for the elementary or secondary education of dependents.

A bill to amend section 205 of the Flood Control Act.

A bill to make permanent the existing temporary provision for disregarding income of social security and railroad retirement recipients in determining their need for public assistance and to provide that no individual presently eligible for medical assistance under a State plan approved under title XIX of the Social Security Act shall lose such eligibility by reason of the recent 20-percent increase in social security benefits.
