U.S. Military Medals and Insignia Pride and Patriotism Act of 2009

To amend the Small Business Act to modify certain provisions relating to women's business centers, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of funds to transfer enemy combatants detained by the United States at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to any facility in Oklahoma, or to construct any facility for such enemy combatants in Oklahoma.
