A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to the deduction for business gifts awarded to employees by reason of length of service or for safety achievement.
A bill to direct the National Institute of Arthritis, Metabolism, and Digestive Diseases to conduct such studies as may be necessary to determine the safety and efficacy under section 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) as a topical analgesic and to provide that, if the drug is so determined to be safe and effective, new drug applications may be approved under such section based on the evidence submitted by the Institute.
