Resolves that effective February 1, 1974, and until otherwise provided by law, the Committee on Finance is authorized to expend not to exceed $3,000 each fiscal year for purposes which assist the committee properly to discharge its legislative activities and oversight responsibilities in matters affecting foreign countries and which facilitate the interchange of views with and reception of members of foreign legislative bodies and prominent officials of foreign governments and international and regional organizations.
