Mohawk River Hydroelectric Projects Licensing Act of 2005
To amend title 4, United States Code, to provide for the proper display of the flag over a one-way street.
To provide that no Federal funds may be expended for the payment or reimbursement of a drug that is prescribed to a sex offender for the treatment of sexual or erectile dysfunction.
Gold Star Parents Annuity Act
To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide that military reservists who are retained in active status after qualifying for reserve retired pay shall be given credit toward computation of such retired pay for service performed after so qualifying.
