Stop the Drop Houses Act of 2010
To provide for the deployment of additional National Guard troops along the international border between the United States and Mexico in support of the border control activities of the United States Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security.
To provide that Members of Congress shall not receive a cost of living adjustment in pay during fiscal year 2011.
To amend the Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program to reduce the cost-sharing requirement for colleges and universities and to provide incentives for Noyce scholars to teach in high-needs schools.
