A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow individuals a deduction for certain expenses paid or incurred in connection with the adoption of a child.
A bill to provide that United States citizenship shall be an eligibility requirement for any benefits wholly funded or administered by the Federal Government, and to terminate any federal assistance toward any program of benefits in which such assistance is used to provide benefits to non-citizens.
