Inspector General Act Amendments of 1988 - Amends the Inspector General Act of 1978 to establish in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission the Office of Inspector General.
Authorizes the Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to delegate supervision of the Inspector General to another member of the Commission, but to no one else.
