IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 7, 1989 Mr. MCNULTY introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL For the relief of the City of Albany, New York. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the 29-bell carillon made by John Taylor and Company, of England, that was imported for the use of the City of Albany, New York, on September 8, 1986, under entry numbered 86373030 shall be considered to have been admitted free of duty on the date of entry. If the liquidation of the entry has become final, the Secretary of the Treasury, if request therefor is filed with the customs officer concerned within 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, shall reliquidate the entry and make the appropriate refund of any duty paid.
