Provides for the reliquidation (refund) of certain entries made under the Tariff Act of 1930.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 17, 1989 Mr. LIVINGSTON introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To provide for the reliquidation of certain entries. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, the entries listed in section 2 shall be reliquidated within sixty days of enactment of this Act, without liability of the importer of record for antidumping duties, and if any such duty has been paid, either through liquidation or compromise under section 617 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1617), refund thereof shall be made within sixty days of enactment of this Act. SEC. 2.
