To suspend temporarily the duty on Textile Winding or Reeling Machines.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1993, the duty on textile winding (including weft winding) or reeling machines.

A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on Textile Winding or Reeling Machines.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States
  of America in Congress assembled, That subchapter II of chapter 99 of the
  Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (19 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is
  amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new subheading:

  SEC. 2. The amendment made by the first section of this Act shall apply

  on or after the fifteenth day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
