Stratton Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center'. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION. The Department of Veterans Affairs medical center located at 113 Holland Avenue in Albany, New York, shall, after the date of enactment of this Act, be known and designated as the `Samuel S. Stratton Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center'. SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Department of Veterans Affairs medical center referred to in section 1 shall after the date of enactment of this Act, be deemed to be a reference to the `Samuel S. Stratton Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center'.
