Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend the duty on mandelic acid through December 31, 1994.

A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on mandelic acid.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TEMPORARY DUTY SUSPENSION.
  Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the
  United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following
  new heading:

 ` 9902.31.11 Mandelic acid (provided for in subheading 2918.17.10) Free No

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
  The amendment made by section 1 applies with respect to goods entered,
  or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day
  after the date of the enactment of this Act.
