Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend through December 31, 1994, the duty on disperse red 279 (liquid and powder forms).

To suspend until January 1, 1995, the duty on Disperse Red 279.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TEMPORARY DUTY SUSPENSION.
  Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the
  United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following
  new heading:

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
  The amendment made by section 1 applies with respect to goods entered,
  or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the fifteenth
  day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
