Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON USE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AS FOREIGN AID. Section 644(g) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151 et seq.), as amended, is amended by inserting `(other than construction and fire equipment, including tractors scrapers, loaders, graders, bulldozers, dump trucks, generators, pumpers, fuel and water tankers, crash trucks, utility vans, rescue trucks, ambulances, hook and ladder units, compressors, and miscellaneous firefighting equipment)' after `the quantity of defense articles'.
