A BILL
For the relief of Jacqueline Darby-Maltbie.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CREDIT FOR EMPLOYMENT AS A FOREIGN NATIONAL.
Notwithstanding section 2105 of title 5, United States Code,
Jacqueline Darby-Maltbie of New Orleans, Louisiana, shall be treated as
a Federal employee for purposes of civil service retirement, for the 9-
year period of employment with the Federal Government as a foreign
national employee in Athens, Greece, and London, England.
