A BILL
To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire interests in real
property for addition to the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National
Military Park.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS FOR ADDITION TO THE
CHICKAMAUGA-CHATTANOOGA NATIONAL MILITARY PARK.
The Secretary of the Interior may acquire private lands, easements,
and buildings within the areas authorized for acquisition for
Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military Park, by donation, purchase
with donated or appropriated funds, or by exchange. Lands acquired by
the Secretary pursuant to this section shall be administered by the
Secretary as part of the park.
