Mr. Taylor of Mississippi introduced the following bill; which was
referred to the Committee on Armed Services

A BILL
To continue coverage of custodial care under the military health care
system for certain individuals during fiscal year 2000.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF CUSTODIAL CARE COVERAGE.
Section 8118 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2000
(Public Law 106-79), is amended by adding at the end the following:
``Provided further, That any person who received custodial care
provided by and financed under the military health care system's case
management program during fiscal year 1999 shall continue to be
eligible to receive such care during the period beginning on July 1,
1999, and ending on September 30, 2000.''.
