Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 2004, the temporary suspension of duty on a specified chemical.

     To extend the temporary suspension of duty on Diiodomethyl-p-
                             tolylsulfone.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DIIODOMETHYL-P-TOLYLSULFONE.

    (a) In General.--Subheading 9902.32.90 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States is amended by striking ``12/31/2001'' and 
inserting ``12/31/2004''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall 
apply to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on 
or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
