To suspend temporarily the duty on 2-Methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2005, the duty on 2-Methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid.

  To suspend temporarily the duty on 2-Methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic 
                                 acid.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 2-METHYL-5-NITROBENZENESULFONIC ACID.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking subheading 
9902.29.23 and inserting the following:

    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies 
with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for 
consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment 
of this Act.
