To suspend temporarily the duty on 2,5 bis [(1,3 Dioxobutyl) Amino] benzene sulfonic acid.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2005, the duty on 2,5 bis [(1,3 Dioxobutyl) Amino] benzene sulfonic acid.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 2,5 BIS [(1,3 DIOXOBUTYL) AMINO] BENZENE SULFONIC ACID.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
