To suspend temporarily the duty on 3-[(4 Amino-3-Methoxyphenyl) Azo]-benzene sulfonic acid, monosodium salt.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2005, the duty on 3-[(4 Amino-3-Methoxyphenyl) Azo]-benzene sulfonic acid, monosodium salt.

 To suspend temporarily the duty on 3-[(4 Amino-3-Methoxyphenyl) Azo]-
                benzene sulfonic acid, monosodium salt.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 3-[(4 AMINO-3-METHOXYPHENYL) AZO]-BENZENE SULFONIC ACID, 
              MONOSODIUM SALT.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:

consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment 
of this Act.
