                For the relief of Silvia Lorenia Parra.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CITIZENSHIP FOR SILVIA LORENIA PARRA.

    (a) In General.--Silvia Lorenia Parra shall be a citizen of the 
United States as of July 28, 1962, the date of her birth.
    (b) Issuance of Certificate of Citizenship.--Upon payment of the 
required fee, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall furnish to 
Silvia Lorenia Parra a certificate of citizenship.
