To suspend temporarily the duty on 2-Cyclohexen-1-one, and 2-(1-(((3-chloro-2- propenyl)oxy)imino) propyl)-5-(2-(ethylthio) propyl)-3-hydroxy (Clethodim).

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 2-Cyclohexen-1-one, and 2-(1-(((3-chloro-2- propenyl)oxy)imino) propyl)-5-(2-(ethylthio) propyl)-3-hydroxy (Clethodim).

 To suspend temporarily the duty on 2-Cyclohexen-1-one, and 2-(1-(((3-
   chloro-2- propenyl)oxy)imino) propyl)-5-(2-(ethylthio) propyl)-3-
                          hydroxy (Clethodim).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 2-CYCLOHEXEN-1-ONE, AND 2-(1-(((3-CHLORO-2- 
              PROPENYL)OXY)IMINO) PROPYL)-5-(2-(ETHYLTHIO) PROPYL)-3-
              HYDROXY (CLETHODIM).

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
