A BILL
To eliminate the sequestration under section 251A of the Balanced
Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Cancel the Sequester Act of 2013''.
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF 251A SEQUESTRATION.
Section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control
Act of 1985 is repealed.
