A BILL
To reauthorize the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. FAMILY VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND SERVICES.
Section 303 of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (42
U.S.C. 10403) is amended--
(1) in subsection (a)(1), by striking ``2011 through 2015''
and inserting ``2019 through 2023'';
(2) in subsection (b), by striking ``2011 through 2015''
and inserting ``2019 through 2023''; and
(3) in subsection (c), by striking ``2011 through 2015''
and inserting ``2019 through 2023''.
