A BILL
To make technical changes clarifying section 502 of the Federal Credit
Reform Act of 1990.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CHANGES WITH RESPECT TO DEFINITION OF DIRECT LOAN.
Section 502(1) of the Federal Credit Reform Act of 1990 (2 U.S.C.
661a(1)) is amended by striking ``or the price support loans of the
Commodity Credit Corporation'' and inserting ``, the price support
loans of the Commodity Credit Corporation, or a loan made by another
lender or financing arrangements that defer payment for 90 days or
fewer''.
