A bill to prohibit the use of interstate facilities, including the mails, for the transportation of certain materials to minors.

Provides that anyone who knowingly deposits in the mail or transports in interstate commerce or foreign commerce matter which is harmful to minors who have not attained the age of 18 shall be fined not more than $50,000 and/or imprisoned not more than five years for the first offense and for a subsequent offense shall be fined not more than $100,000 and/or imprisoned not more than ten years.
