A bill to remove Members of Congress from the the purview of section 225 of the Federal Salary Act of 1967, relating to the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries.

Provides that Members of Congress shall not come under the purview of that section the Federal Salary Act of 1967 relating to adjustment of compensation as determined by the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries. (Amends 2 U.S.C. 356)
