Directs the establishment, under the Rail Passenger Service Act, of a demonstration project providing regular scheduled rail transportation between the major metropolitan areas and the major recreation areas of the Nation for highway recreational vehicles with passengers being transported in such vehicles. Defines "highway recreational vehicle" as a self-propelled or trailer type vehicle for use on the highways to provide recreational transportation and lodging, and includes the vehicle used to tow such a trailer.
Authorizes to be appropriated funds to carry out the provisions of this Act.
