Prohibits hospitals which receive Federal support from compensating physicians and other persons for the referral of patients for treatment.
Provides that the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare may revoke Federal support for hospitals which continue to violate the provisions of this Act after being given an opportunity to comply.
