A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to eliminate, in the case of shrimp vessels, the duty on repairs made to, and repair parts and equipments purchased for, such vessels in foreign countries, and for other purposes.

Eliminates vessels engaged in foreign trade or used primarily for the catching of shrimp from the duty on repairs made to, and repair parts and equipment purchased for, such vessels in foreign countries under the Tariff Act of 1930. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 257)
